This IVR Application is used for UAE Nationals who apply for different purposes such as Land Required, Fund Requirement, Housing requirement, Marriage fund requirement etc., . The IVR application will read out the current application status in different criteria with ability to manage the menu options dynamically by the IVR Administrator over the phone.
This application is integrated with SMS Application which will send automated SMS for certain status change. It also has a web based call reporting feature.
2. National Center of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) (http://www.avmet.ae) \[15 channels - Inbound\]
This IVR Application is used by public to know the weather condition, wind speed etc. This application has different menu options based on different locations in Abu Dhabi with a web based call reporting feature.
3. Abu Dhabi Educational Zone (ADEZ) (www.adec.ac.ae)\[120 voice channels Inbound/Outbound + 4 Fax channels Outbound\]
This menu based IVR application helps students get their Class schedule, Exam schedule, Time Table of each working day and Mark sheets. Parents can get their children’s mark sheet and exam schedule through fax by calling this software. A web based call reporting feature was also integrated
4. UAE Local Schools \[1 channel Inbound and 1 for Outbound\].
This IVR application is used for some of UAE public schools to get the Student’s progress reports, class schedule and exam schedules with reporting features.

This SMS Application is mainly used for Dubai stock (Dubai Financial Market) investors, It closely watch the market change and sends alert message to the investor as per the configuration. A monthly SMS schedule-feature was also added to report to the Investors for case study.
