- Develops and Supervise the OD team, for undertaking higher responsibilities & ensure work continuity.
- Contact with other supervisors & Top-Level Management to build effective working relationships and identify synergies.
- Assess and Analyze the implication of new corporate strategies on the organization structure and recommends improvement initiatives in the organization structure.
- Introduce new allowances, after conducting the needed analysis and benchmark as well as specifying the eligibility criteria.
- Develop & Participate in articulating policies and guidelines for various areas of Human Resources.
- Preparing the yearly budget & business plan for the OD section.
- Facilitate the implementation of the approved annual budget for ARASCO's, contractor workforce and ensures that no variation nor new allocations are considered unless approved by the management.
- Supporting the Recruitment team by confirming the hiring salary as per Salary scale and recruitment requisition as per the manpower plan, which approved by top management.
- Design & Develop individual competency planning on 70-20-10 (Experience-Exposure-Education) principle.
- Design and develop individual development plans (IDPs) for each levels.

The responsibilities include:
Organizational Design:
- Maintaining all organizational designs and job descriptions according to HRD standards.
- Processing and publishing OD Change Requests Drafts JDs & ODs.
- Processing Employee Status Change Requests and updating the SAP with the changes.
- Analysis, Creating job descriptions & Conducting job evaluation, according to Hay group methodology.
- Working with the BP team in finalizing all new positions in the OD.
- Designing & Updating recreating the structures in Viso & SAP.
- Analyzing the OD change requests which includes (comparison between old & new OD, Financial impact, OD recommendations and identifying the similar & impacted jobs)
Policy & Procedures:
- Implement and suggest improvements to HR policies and procedures.
- Developing the day- to- day activities of the HR department to ensure proper accomplishment of HR activities as per set policies and procedures.
- Improve OD Services-Level-Agreement (SLA).
- Improve Delegation of Authority (DOA).
Compensations & Benefits:
- Running manpower planning and budgeting.
- Managing compensation and benefits of each position.
- Handling promotions/demotions in alignment with the salary scale.
- Calculating percentage difference when promotions/demotions occur, and accordingly inform the business about the new budget.
- Managing bonuses according to the business budget.
- Assist SBU, in the yearly budget by providing manpower estimate cost based on their estimated manpower plan.
- Analyzing the numbers of FTEs to plan an increase or reduction in ARASCO based on each one situation of current FTEs, attrition rate and hiring demand.
Succession Planning:
- Design the Career Path management framework of both managerial and expert paths.
- Determine the requirements of the target jobs.
- Participate with Talent on Succession Plans by identifying the bench strength for each executive position.
Other duties:
- Conduct the final exit interview.
- Calculating attrition rates, Turnover, and Saudization percentage quarterly.
- Responsible for the HR dept. (Weekly/Monthly/Annual) report with Analysis.
My main duties in the human resource development department, which including to Organization Design, JD, analysis reports, assist the CFO Riyadh to prepare & manage the bounce according to the budget, performance appraisal template & other duties related to HR Manager, CFO & CEO Riyadh.
