• Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution.

• Study the different obstructions effect on the duration and cost of the project and prepare an EOT claim and a recovery program.
My duties include but not limited to:
• Scheduling the project activities loaded with resources to produce the time schedule, cash flow, manpower histogram, etc.
• Monitoring and controlling the progress at site and making daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Updating the time schedule and comparing the baseline with the actual progress at site using EVM method and making recommendations, corrective actions and forecasting for various scenarios (BAC, TAC).
• Study the different obstructions effect on the duration and cost of the project and prepare an EOT claim and a recovery program.

Flyover Bridge at Intersection of Al-Azizia Road with Southern Ring Road, Riyadh, KSA.

• Project Contracting Cost is 216 Million SAR, with duration of 20 months.
The project consists of two Bridges (main bridge and Loop bridge), and each one of them consists of three main work groups which are (Earth Works, Structural Works - starting from the foundations followed by the piers, piers crown ending with the deck slab - and the remaining Miscellaneous Works).
Planning Engineer in “Abdul Ali Ajmi Co.”, Saudi Arabia. My duties include but not limited to:

The project consist of 7 different sites, the main systems included in each project are (waste water system, Storm drainage system, Potable water system, Supplying site with electricity, street lightening system, communications system, road works and project landscapes).
Project Contracting Cost is one billion SAR, with duration of 24 months.

The project consists of 3 main work groups which are (Earth Works, Structural Works and the remaining Miscellaneous Works).
