Inducting all engineering work at the site as per requirement. Co-ordinate, prepare and submit required Office Data Manual (ODM) to customer for approval. Including network design and implementation work including power, network terminations, floor space, rack layouts and other details needed.
Provide support to surveyor, installation team in case when needed.
Prepare RTP (Request to Purchase) for equipment and Installation materials needed for the scope or project.
Comprehensive experience in designing systems / procedures for change management in project operations entailing mapping business processes and studying workflow to design solutions, ensuring business functionality adherence & enhancing competitive advantage.
Provide Schedule of work as per project priority.
Attend management and organizational meetings and provide reports or project status.
Multi-Task role, provide support to other groups like doing Router/Stinger configuration profiles, help out on design engineering for bids and proposals activities like preparing (BOQ).
Supporting other engineering departments (switching - power - transmission) if needed.
Managing of various installation contractors/sub-contractors besides rendering customer and technical service to all internal and external departments.
Ensure proper transfer of knowledge to the local personnel and adequate client communication to have deliverables aligned to business requirements besides ensuring strict adherence to delivery schedules.
Resolving various critical issues pertain to project and implementation activities with the aim of maximizing client satisfaction.

Assist the project managers by:
Communicating and follow up with clients about specific projects and their goals.
Preparing written estimates for clients based on labor, materials, equipment and other expenses.
Visiting project sites to evaluate progress and to respond to customers’ concerns or questions.
Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure our teams have the materials they need.
Communicating with site superintendents about delays and any other issues that must be communicated to clients.

Scanning and archive digital blueprints and schematics for future access
