• Individually handling End-to-End Recruitment for the set target right from sourcing to screening to short listing to interview follow-ups till the closures.

• Solid experience working on Manpower projects.
• Create relationships with different sources of candidates like universities, vocational training institutes, Recruitment agencies, employment fairs and events etc; Develop new resources channels including developing online processes.
• Finalize the recruitment process for the selected candidate
• Follow-up of the requisitions in time and with a high quality standard for maximum client satisfaction.
• Build a data bank of potential candidates
• Responsible to issue job offer for suitable candidates, writes Special Individual Contracts for new employees who are recruited for client Projects.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly report to HR Manager
• Good Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, policies and procedures.
