• Responsible for execution and prepares Production Plan as per the issued job orders, with taking care of delivery time and quality of the product.
• Request the required materials for all the job orders in form of cutting sizes and material specifications as per issued Manufacturing Control Sheets.
• Giving complete instruction to all the workers with process in fabrication and machining to achieve the required target dates in production line.
• Prepares daily production report and monitoring of all finished job orders to be discussed with all concern managers.
• Prepares Standard Production Work Instruction to be posted in production and to be followed during production process.
• Daily monitoring of all machines in production including daily maintenance and during machines breakdown.
• Monitoring of daily attendances and overtime and prepares monthly time sheet to be given to accounting department.
• Implementation of Company Policy, Rules and Regulations. Also Quality Policy, Procedures and Work Instructions
Working Knowledge
➢ Knowledge of principles involved in production of precision Dies for press tools & structure fabrications, machine assembly and its technical plans, drawings,
➢ Good Knowledge of Assembly of Progressive tool.
➢ Knowledge of principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various Die sets.
➢ Knowledge & Controlling operations of machines and tools, including their uses, repair, and maintenance.
➢ Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, etc.
Responsibility & Tasks
• Inspect the condition of a working Dies and Machines on daily basis.
• Inspect the overall size of a finish component to overcome on any defect.
• Explaining the Drawing or a procedure of an operation in Tool Room as well as in production shop floor.
• Analyzing needs and product requirements to create a press tool Design.
• Study models, or specifications to plan sequences of operations for fabricating tools, dies, or assemblies.
• Analyzing the needs and product requirements to set the machine for Production.
• Recommending the management for better tools, equipment's, ideas, and procedures, new methods for Smooth operation and increase productivity.
• Execute test runs with finished tools or dies to assure components attain parameters and adapt as necessary.
• Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
• Visualize and compute dimensions, sizes, shapes, and tolerances of assemblies, based on specifications.
• Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
• Monitoring and reviewing information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems.
• Inspect finished dies for smoothness, contour conformity, and defects.
• Lift, position, and secure Die sets / fixtures on machine surface plates or using hoists, vises, v-blocks, or angle plates.
