• Manage campaigns on social media.
• Analyze client marketing goals and develop needs based solutions to achieve them.
• Design and launch email marketing campaigns.
• Contact existing clients to arrange the design and placement of advertisements, the payments for this and to ensure their continued support.

• Obtains and verifies information relating to debtor's employment, earnings, property, credit, bank accounts, assets, liabilities and similar information.
• Send collection standard letters /SMS/Emails to un-contactable customers.
• Going for field visits to clients offices .
• Prepare daily / weekly progress report (daily performance tracker).
• High quality Arabic and English proofreading and copyediting to ensure all data is accurate
• Listen to clients’ stories and determine if debt can be collected.
• Offer advice or refer clients to debt counselors.
• Development of new business, researching, cold calling and pitching to new leads.
• Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements and needs.
• Promoting high-end hospitality products through SMS, Email and face to face marketing solutions.
• Promoting company products in various government sectors.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
• Attending Internal and external meetings to share best practices with colleagues and clients.
• Preparing quotations to the clients and sending LPO to suppliers.
• Dealing with other suppliers and third parties.
• Work closely with the website development team and corporate communications.
• Digital and social media management of company accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc)
• Developing marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency and experience in working to tight deadlines and even tighter budgets.
• Broaden social networking to benefit the organization.
• Research media coverage and industry trends.
• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products and services.
• Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered.
• Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements.
• Identify, research, and resolve clients issues
• Followed up on clients inquiries that were not immediately resolved
• Recommend process improvement.
