Parts Dispatching Supervisor
* Directly responsible for the preparation the air way bill and dispatch the parts to the braches,
* Incoming shipments receiving and checking.
* Issuing invoices for emergency Cases where the urgent condition is required.
* Issuing pick slip against the branch orders. For VOR and DSO.
* Claiming variances within the tolerance levels to the branches
* Checking and confirming the claims while receiving from braches and analyzing status of claims. And reporting to the Ware house manager and sending the feed back to the branches.
* Handling the incoming shipment and outgoing shipment.
* Ensuring goods are binned / GRNed on time by WH and any variances handled on time.
* Participating in yearend stock taking.


* Secondary Responsibilities: • Picking and checking
➢ Picking and checking the parts for branches
➢ Doing as electrical work where emergency cases are required.
