responsible about operation in Main WH with Export logistics
Responsible about all logistics activities for Sunbulah Group Export Business starting from Sales orders creation till customer receiving.
Managing Logistics activities for Export business to more than 30 countries arround the world with approximate value of SAR 300 MM
I am working in Pastry Plant - Sunbulah Group as production manager handling the Puff Pastry, Croissant, Vegetables, Sambosak, Spring Rolls, Filo, Konafah production lines.
My responsibility to:
- Preparing the annually & Monthly Production Plan based on SFC
- Executing the daily production schedule
- Ensuring having the maximum production output from all production lines with targeted Materials utilization %, high process reliability %, maximum manpower productivity and maximum capacity utilization
- Ensuring producing safe food
- Preparing the annually & Monthly department Budget
- Follow up with engineering department for all projects
- Follow up with HR for all staff demand (vacation, attendance, recruitments, ….. etc)
- Make feasibility study, cost distribution, and good layout for the factory.
- Establish planned maintenance schedules for each item of process plant and equipment.
- Availability of suitably trained / qualified personnel
- Review & approve production order, materials requests and maintenance requests forms.
- Monitor and record of machine / plant performance
- Contract with outside companies and workshop.
- Improve the manpower productivity
- Make feasibility study for the factory
- Developing quality control system
- Control the labors
- Make daily production report
- Make a maintenance schedules for machines
- Prepare feasibility studies for SIDF loan application (Saudi Industrial Development fund)
- Research in Industrial field
- Prepare studies for development of existing factories
- Marketing Studies

- Full coverage for the factory operation and step by step understanding for all the process.
- Carried out a comprehensive report for the whole process of the operation.
- Examined the process quality control measures.
- Submitted a proposal to upper management for possible education enhancement and more efficiency.
