Duties and Responsibilities:
HVAC System Optimization:
Meticulously select, calculate, and design HVAC systems for precision and efficiency.
Technical Proposal Enhancement:
Apply engineering principles to optimize and defend proposals for consultants, contractors, and customers, consistently achieving compelling results.
Sales Team Support:
Provide comprehensive technical support, aiding product selection, value engineering, pricing, and addressing inquiries for enhanced client satisfaction.
Equipment Selection Expertise:
Skilfully select cooling equipment aligned with project requirements, bolstering project efficiency.
Engineering Calculations:
Execute essential calculations to ensure peak system performance and efficiency.
Consultative Guidance:
Offer expert advice during meetings with external stakeholders to enhance project proposals and collaborations.
Heat Load Calculations (HLC):
Conduct HLC in strict adherence to ASHRAE standards, aligning precisely with customer specifications.

Project Management:

Record Management:

Manufacturing Oversight:
Skilfully manage factory manufacturing orders, ensuring exactness and adherence to schedules.
Regulatory Compliance:
Expertly address project requirements and regulatory standards, ensuring industry best practices.
Quality Assurance:
Coordinate and attend factory tests, consistently ensuring the highest quality standards.
Client Engagement:
Represent the company at HVAC expos, building invaluable connections, and showcasing innovative solutions.
Project: Sheraton Hotel Renovation
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Receive study and correct the design drawings for all mechanical systems.
- Monitoring construction progress, examining mechanical systems, ensuring fire safety systems are in place,
utilizing survey instruments to verify completed work, taking photographs and maintaining a log.
- Making daily reports and snag lists for contractors and sub-contractors.
- Doing inspections for completed work by contractors and sub-contractors.
- Scheduling materials and equipment purchases and delivery under senior supervision.
- Witness for testing and commissioning.
- Communicating with colleagues, architects, subcontractors, contractors, Consultants, co-workers and clients.
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering provides a comprehensive education in the principles of mechanical systems and design.
