• Develop the West MT account plan to maximize sales, distribution, coverage and visibility.
• Responsible for the efficient execution of the approved West MT account plan.
• Review and update the guidelines for signing contracts and propose means to enhance negotiation to maximize the ROI in the West MT account.
•Lead all key account contract negotiations within the Panda account.
•Support all West MT Account Unit Managers & Supervisors to prepare effective presentations to improve their negotiation power.
•Maintains updated information & data base on the West MT account.
•Maintain close monitor on the field execution and identify opportunities to maximize visibility and sales of the Panda account.
• Ensures that product range visibility is maximized at all times while highlighting extra visibility opportunities to be implemented with the Category Management Team.
• Lead, manage and coach the MT sales team to meet assigned objectives and KPIs.
• Responsible to deliver the budgeted Bottom line of the West MT account.
• Responsible to operate within the limits of assigned budget.
• Periodically review and assess the Team structure to maintain a lean and efficient structure that best serves the set objectives.
• Responsible to recruit, orient, train and coach the team members to operate properly on their accounts and within the company policies.
• Maintain close coordination with the Category Management team to ensure the proper execution of category support calendars and directives/objectives.
• Develop the budget requested for listing and opening fees, rentals and promo budget and coordinate closely to attain final approval.
• Plan the sales targets per outlet per month and submit for MT Manager for approval.
• The individual key role is in providing and building additional support to the National Sales Manager & all District Sales Managers on all business development aspects related to in house day to day work follow up & internal communication within the sales department & with other departments especially Logistics, Production & Finance.
• Work closely with logistic & production team to ensure that there is a congruent flow between what is forecast per week/month versus what is received in all branches warehouses.
• Work closely with the logistic team to insure that all deliveries are upon promised delivery date & insuring that each truck loading capacity is optimized to the maximum while generating orders to reduce logistic cost & to maximize sales.
• To coordinate all the facets of the Branches, supply chain (Customer Service, Demand Planning, and Distribution & Logistics) to deliver desired customer service levels at optimal distribution cost and ensure Customer Satisfaction. Ensure that stock to and from branch is done according to procedure and that the branch gets what it needs to service the customer base properly & on time.
• Insure that all daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting is providing on time to sales team & executive team. (Productivity reporting with few quality reports that focus on measuring success and weakness and provide analysis for course correction).
• Reports major problems and areas of non-compliance in order to ensure that a high level of customer service is maintained and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Responsible for the company's cars and trucks to make sure of proper maintenance cost.
• Responsible for Data entry and data analysis staff.
• Responsible for the availability of the product on the shelf in all major shops in the Kingdom
• I have a team of data readers to go to the market every day to ensure availability of the product on the shelf
• Reports are sent the next day to me are analyzed and discussions with all sections
• meeting with the sales department to analyze the cause of the lack of product on the shelf it been selling the product to the customer
• meeting with the supply and demand to make sure a suitable plan for each product and the correct quantities upon import
• Meeting with warehouse management to discuss the best ways to provide spaces for products shipped in the best way
• meeting with the administration of supermarkets in the event of any problem and make sure of shipping the product from store customer to the shop
• Meeting with the company responsible for arranging the traffickers on the shelf
• At the end of each meeting is to define the problem and develop solutions and dates of implementation and the person responsible
