Responsibilities:
- Acquire a detailed understanding of contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedules.
- Preparing quotations for the required Materials.
- Involvement in preparing contracts and submitting samples to comply with the design.
- Organizing Meeting and workshops with the project's consultant to resolve technical issues.
- Reviewing and submitting shop drawings for plantation and irrigation and ensure its compliance with the specifications.
- Technical coordination between different disciplines (irrigation systems, planters, the civil works).
- Provide management oversight of the construction tasks and activities to ensure all relevant
Procedural requirements are fulfilled.
- Monitor progress on key performance indicators and provide appropriate guidelines to contractor/s.
- Reviewing IPCs and payments.
- Review and resolve day to day contractors' claims and complaints related to Architectural work which may arise during construction.

Projects: Mall of Egypt Shopping centre and Ski park

Responsibilities :
-Responsible for making and reviewing Architecture shop drawings of the false ceilings and ensuring its compliance with designs and to be properly coordinated with other disciplines.
-Responsible for reviewing materials related to Architecture shop drawings and ensuring its Compliance with Contract requirements
-Responsible for reviewing Construction drawings and preparing R.F.I s to be solve any conflicts between architecture drawings and other disciplines.
-Responsible for making informing the quantity surveying department about any Variation Order "V.O" By Making CN.
-Responsible for making minutes of meeting to solve issues in the construction drawings.
-Responsible for making Method statement for several Architecture Items.

Projects: Mall of Egypt Shopping center and Ski park

- Creating and managing multi-disciplinary working drawings and full tender documents for large scale projects as a part of an architectural working group, coordinating between the architectural group and other working groups in different disciplines.

Projects: Om El Qura University “Qafenda Branch” (KSA).

- Designing office buildings, Residential buildings, Administrative buildings and Infra-structure services buildings in several countries around the region, Creating and managing multi- disciplinary working drawings for such projects.

Projects: Apache Kattamia air base (Egypt), Wilayet Liwa Housing (Oman), Kahramaa Administration and reservoir in Salwa (Qatar), Mecca Strategic water reservoirs (KSA)

- Pre-Designing and creating space programme for University and Educational Hospital complex in Saudi Arabia by using "Standards for Designing Health care Facilities", also, Designing, Providing Working drawings and Presentation of Ghras El-Akhlak School in Saudi Arabia.

Projects: Ghras El Akhlak school (KSA), Aglaan private villa (KSA), University and Educational Hospital complex (KSA) .

- Involving in Designing, Urban Design and Commercial presentation and Graphic Design for various Resorts in Ras-Sedr, Egypt and providing working drawings for the Residential units.

Projects: Greek island resort (Egypt), Hayah Elegance resort (Egypt) .

- Training on designing and presentation of residential units using Photoshop and AutoCAD on - Sea Shell Resort - project in the north coast.
