Review monthly Ageing report and monitor the level of the above receivables and payables accounts and follow-up with related staff and Payroll Unit to ensure that the age of receivables stay within 3 months, ensuring justification for any over 3 months. Make correspondences as necessary.
Submit the monthly Ageing report to the Chief Accounts Unit on the last working day of the month, indicating the status and action taken on every outstanding account receivables and payables.
Prepare monthly cost centre managers’ report on prior and current financial year allotments
