- Preparing accounting policies and procedures manual.
- Designing a new chart of accounts based on IPSAS.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly financial reports.
- SAP FICO business process owner.
- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
- Monitor and make sure the data entries are completed in time.
- Manage all the reconciliations to be completed in time and approved.
- Check and approve all closing entries related to bank and cash.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
- Ensure accurate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets for all government entities.
- Monitor and make sure the data entries of fixed assets are completed in time.
- Maintain a proper control of account for the Government fixed assets.
- Part of SAP FICO Implementation.
- Check and approve all closing entries related to GL.
- Participating in monthly, quarterly and year end closing.
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly fixed assets reports.
- Calculating, posting and verifying entries to obtain and record financial data for use in maintaining accounting records.
- Participating in the preparation of various financial statement and reports.
- Directing the installation and maintenance of accounting records to show receipts and expenditures.
- Preparing statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues.
- Coordinating the preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting.
- Scheduling and prioritizing payments to suppliers of local products and credit facilitators.
