Since 2009 I work with CEOs and Business Owners concerned about their sales.
I coach them and their organizations on go to market and organization re-engineering initiatives.
My ideas helped SMBs avoid the Power Generation Industry crash and move to the Aerospace, doubling their revenues from 50 to 100 MM$/year; Medium sized OEMs change their after-sales business model improving their orders by 30% and Multinationals reduce their order management costs by 20%.
I left GE in 2009 after 12 years of increasing responsibilities from Design Engineer to Marketing Manager for the Upstream Oil & Gas business. I have lead international industrial projects valued up to 100 MM$, managed the team that put under control the GE Oil & Gas portfolio of projects worth 2B$/y, created supply-demand market models that predicted the 2009 Crisis 2 years in advance.
