Responsible for developing and maintaining financial and sales reports, undertaking quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Responsible for FGI and Inventory management at DC and CDO countries.
Responsible to work closely with CM on PGI and tracking the shipment with the help of Logistics.
Backorder Management for Revenue Max with key stakeholders likes OM, MDM/SDM, and Logistics & GTMU folks
Responsible for part maintenance in system and providing assistance to Planning Support Team.
Material Management at CM using AOS reports/Production Plan
Order Management and order fulfillment activities on the light scribe ink orders.
Preparing daily workloads for staff & coordinating the daily allocation of work.
Execution of sales strategy - Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation. Seek new customers and increase sales.
Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents - Identify, recruit and manage advisers from the respective region.
Train and motivate advisers to provide a better understanding of market/products.
Monitor and review agents’ performance. Help them achieve maximum business.
Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards.
To maintain daily activity and recruitment tracker.
Handling inbound calls, repeat calls and Second level escalations calls.
Assigned retention second level escalation priority.
Doing Provisioning Activities.
Supporting the new agents on the floor while taking the calls.
Marketing Tata Indicom Products across Kannur District.
Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.
Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups;
Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies
Supporting the new Executives on the field to meet their Monthly Targets.
