-Preparing and sending the clearance for both nationals and non-nationals
-Following up with all national interviewees after the interview panel to make sure that all documents are complete and ready.
-Arranging appointments with for medical tests, and follow up the medical reports
Duties and responsibilities (not limited):
- Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
- Follow up with Town Planning approvals from the very first step until the end and updating the status accordingly
- Created the initial database for the department and maintaining the new one.
- Participated in various committees thorough the municipality such as "Employees' Satisfaction Survey Project"
- Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters.
- Make copies of correspondence or other printed material.
- Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, reports, and minutes.
- Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
- Organize archival records and maintain classification systems to facilitate access to archival materials.
- Provide reference services and assistance for users needing archival materials.
