1-Manage reinsurance facultative department.
2-Increase facultative portfolio by Building strong relationship with new and existing insurance and reinsurance markets
•Work with the underwriting departments to ensure good understanding of the written portfolios.
•Prepare the required reports for different institutions.
•Review the required renewal information including As IF statistics, risk profiles, statistical results.
•Answer to queries raised by brokers and underwriters as appropriate and follow up the pending issues.
•Review the placing slips, cover notes and wordings and raise his points to the next level of management.
•Perform the daily administrative activities.
•Follow up on daily basis the developments in the international insurance markets through internet access.
•Handle and follow up all claims exposing the XOL protection and provide all information up the claim is closed.
•Visiting the selected insurers & reinsurer Co.
•Monitor and update rating records of all reinsurers.
Responsible for:-
1- Audit Debit & Credit Note.
2- Audit Proportional & Non- Proportional agreements.
3- Audit General Accounts For reinsurers & Insurers.
4- Audit Quarters Accounts.
5- Audit Statistics, AS-IF, Risk profile, Major Losses, etc.
6- Audit Premium Reinstatement, Adjustment
7- Audit Profit commission
1- Approaching the selected insurers
2- Assessing offers, on daily basis - Facultative business.
3- Preparing all the issued documents,
4- Preparing the inward Reinsurance offers and places them with international reinsurers.
5- Making the decision according to the company’s polices.
6- Preparing Statistics, AS-IF, Risk profile, Major Losses, etc.
7- Advising the insurers with the signed shares
8- Preparing reinsurance agreements proportional and non-proportional (Facultative & Treaty)
9- Preparing debit and credit note.
10- Trace the premium installments.

12- Update the balances for reinsurers & Insurers.
13- Preparing general account for clients.
14- Preparing Quarters Account
15- Preparing Premium Reinstatement, Adjustment
16- Preparing Profit commission
