• Ensure timely response to all the telephone calls received at the front desk and respond or transfer them appropriately ensuring high levels of customer care.
• To communicate and coordinate with other departments and superiors in order to fulfill customer’s needs. The first point of customer contact for general inquiries, like product availability & pricing etc.
• Maintaining a positive & professional attitude toward customers at all time
• To ensure efficient delivery of excellent customer service through accurate and fast processing of sales orders.
• To builds and maintain a dynamic business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service.
• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales target revenue by making significant outbound telephone sales calls to target new clients
• To find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems
• To take care of the customers needs while following company procedures.
• Spending most of your time making outbound calls to ensure every opportunity to maximize sales revenues is covered
• To communicate effectively with others orally and inwriting.
• To work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail Oriented & Able to Multi-task.
• Receive orders/inquiries via phone, e-mail, and skype, and enter orders into the system.
• Place purchase orders and confirm sale/buy prices.
• Enter data starting from Sales Quotation up to Commercial Invoicing.
• Ensures product availability for future orders/Shipments.
