Key Duties and Responsibilities
Managing the shop
Stock management & Staff scheduling
Rapport based customer approaching and dealing
Selling a high-end luxury branded watches to customers
Coordinating with the other branches and Division Manager
Greeting a customer and giving a best service to the customers
Preparing stock requisition on a weekly basis to ensure the best sales output
Updating the incoming and outgoing transaction through Oracle Applications
Maintaining ledger and reporting the daily sales report to the accounts department.
Briefing and motivating the staff for the best sales result and to achieve monthly target
