- Manage the upgrading to existing systems and equipments to provide maximum savings in operational costs.
- Managing, planning and coordinating effective Defect Liability Period (DLP) for all maintenance activities, Data collection and records analysis, plus to the design of maintenance schedules, manpower, man-hours & budgeting.
- Full (or partially involved in) tendering process for facilities management package for DIFC & Churchill Tower, hospitals, residential & Commercial Complex and others.
- FM operation planning for Post-award project, including budgeting, monitoring QA/QC and implementation process for UAE University in Al Ain & ADFC.
