- Ensuring consistent implementation of Fronius brand strategy.
- Defining & monitoring of KPIs for local marketing departments.
- Developing & ongoing optimization of processes to improve the quality of local marketing.
- Developing & ongoing optimization of the global skills development program for marketing employees worldwide.
- Recruitment of local marketing specialists together with the General Managers of Fronius subsidiaries.
