▪ Acting as Highway Technical Manager since October 2018.
▪ Interpret, review and approve tender drawings, and extract the necessary engineering information.
▪ Plan, design and prepare shop drawings for site construction.
▪ Develop construction details, specifications and procedures.
▪ Evaluate and recommend the appropriate sequence of works.
▪ Plan, design and prepare the required documents of the necessary diversions.
▪ Ensure compliance of all guidelines and specifications of national and international codes.
▪ Review and evaluate sub-contractor’s submittals, and report recommendations.
▪ Provide technical guidelines and support to CAD Designers/Drafters.
▪ Conduct field visits for technical support and problem solving of construction activities.
▪ Confer with all stakeholder such as client, authorities and other members of the engineering team and conduct meetings to determine project requirements.

▪ Design different elements such as horizontal and vertical alignments, cross sections, earthworks, road marking and traffic/directional signs.
▪ Prepare calculation sheets and bill of quantities.
▪ Plan and prepare tender drawings for highway and airports packages from schematic to detailed design.
▪ Supervise junior engineers and CAD drafters.
▪ Coordinate and resolve the conflicts with other disciplines.
▪ Conduct site visit for data collection and gathering required information.
▪ Confer with all stakeholder particularly the local authorities.
