Responsibilities:
• Implementation of the Product Unit’s annual strategy plans in order to ensure the function meets the business revenue objectives.
• Monitoring the project requirements & successfully implementations of designs for sales team having challenges from client’s stringent requirements & deep customization to compete with other manufacturers.
• Leading the team of Senior & entry level engineers supported by a team of senior designers for the prestigious projects, unit sampling and supplying to clients for approvals.
• Monitoring and managing the monthly Design release plan to production to meet the promised product deliveries, Solving problems on design side on production line interferences and supporting the material team for the alternate usage of the slow-moving and dead stock items.
• Manage & Lead in the communication and implementation of the product strategy to the team and have it translated to their Key Performance Indicators to ensure its delivery in support of the Business targets & objectives, department OPEX monitoring.
• Working with the team of engineers on the development of Saudi market (60Hz) SASO requirements and Export market (50Hz) on various certifications regulations like ESMA, ESTIDMA, MEW, EWA etc.
• Support to Key Account mangers of important customers like ARAMCO, SEC, SWCC, KKAU, KAUST, SABIC.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise engineers, designers, lab technicians. Monitoring the works on the design and development of Air-conditioning products based on the market demand. Review Bill of Materials generated by product engineers, daily activities of designers
• Coordination with production, manufacturing, purchasing and Quality Control teams on the development process.
• Interaction with Service Engineers on complex field issues & solutions to chronic customer complains.
• Supervise and Provide technical support to marketing & area sales offices in proper selection of existing products and identified areas for product modifications and development for existing & new designs.
• Development of customized units with the scope of arrangements to suit the consultant and Client requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Sourcing & QC departments, support the production team to achieve daily production activities.
• Review the correctness of Bill of Materials, assign daily activities to product engineers & designers.
• Provide technical support to Cool care and resolve field issues.
• Provided technical support to marketing & area sales offices in proper selection of existing products and identified areas for product modifications and development for existing and new designs.
• Negotiation of prices with the vendors and cost study on the product on competition with market.
Responsibilities:
• Design & Development of new series of Packaged units, AHU's and Condensing units as per the market Demand.
• Interface with Marketing and Sales to help make proper application of present design and identify need for modification of present design and new design.
• Preparation of BOM's, purchase parts specifications required in coordination with vendors & documentation department, sourcing the Air-conditioning components with various vendors.
• Making prototypes and testing in the lab with Varying Air flows at different ambient. Constant monitoring & Continuous study by keeping the units on reliability for certain period.
• Design and Evaluation of prototype units during trail production following with the procedure of ISO 9001 on manufacturing.
• Involved with Sales teams on designs, heat load calculations.
Company Brief: Southern Temperature Control Private Ltd. are Hyderabad based Air Conditioning Engineers & Contractors & Design, Installation, Commissioning and undertake maintenance of Central Air-conditioning plants, Air-cooling & Humidification plants, Process Chillers, Packaged units, DX & Split units and Fan-coil units.
Responsibilities:
Air Conditioning Project Execution:
• Undertake preliminary designing of Air Conditioning units, including cooling load estimation, duct design & piping design, select appropriate system, cost estimation, prepare quotation & tenders.
• Plan and execute a variety of Air-conditioning & Refrigeration projects.
• Provide necessary input to company's draftsmen to develop ducting & plant-room layouts, chilled water & steam pipe routing and related electrical layouts.
• Effectively coordinate with clients & consultants and ensure smooth project execution, as company representative, attended regular meetings with clients & consultants for ongoing projects.
Major Achievements:
• Efficiently coordinated and successfully executed a variety of air conditioning projects within agreed time schedules and enhanced customer satisfaction. Projects includes MEDICITI Hospitals, Hyderabad Stock Exchange, SANGHI Group of Industries etc.
