Desktop Architect & Security Associate
• Design Endpoint Manager Configuration Manager infrastructure based on client requirements.
• Engineer custom Windows images (SOE) based on client requirements.
• Design and implement SCCM Co-management with Intune including Cloud Management Gateway (CMG).

• Plan and implement servicing upgrades for Windows OS via SCCM/Intune.
• Manage and deploy Windows 10 Endpoint protection features like Credential Guard, Application guard, WIP, Defender Antivirus/Antimalware/Exploit Guard & Windows Hello.
• Partner with the CISO/BISO organization, Strategy, Operations and Engineering, and IT Business Partners to help minimize cybersecurity risks with existing solutions and new initiatives.
• Work closely with IT Business Partners and Enterprise Architects in designing system solutions following a risk-based approach and ensure the solution is aligned with internal controls and security policies.
Business Delivery:
• Provide business development support by assisting in RFP/ RFI response drafting- presentations- collateral creation and formulating recommendations.
• Participate in client engagements (pursuits- projects- discussions) and own the Solution from a technical point of view. Assist in running client workshops.
Project / Process:
• Prepare project plan and deliver as per plan.
• Lead technical architecture analysis- requirement gathering, impact analysis, and due diligence activities. Proactively identify technical risks in immediate area of responsibility
• Contribute to project planning and effort estimation- based on understanding of technical requirement.
• Collaborate with client & team to set expectations regarding deliverable progress of the project.

Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage IT applications, AD and domains, including account and permission management, functional system configuration, backups and recovery, security patches and database tuning.
• Translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs; conducting requirements analysis and preparing specific proposals for modified or replacement systems
• Lead the planning, design and implementation of the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) upgrade for BHP clients. Troubleshooting issues that may arise due to the deployment of Level Set and Core Image.
• Testing the engineering builds to assess and recommend improvements for the software fixes provided by BAU before the fix goes into the production.
• Writing Detailed Design Documents including Release Notes for the Core Image upgrades.
• Lead project initiatives like Monthly Releases & SOE upgrade bi-yearly releases
• Certify new Hardware models and peripherals to support the SOE
• Monitor/Review the test cases and results from peer members.
• Submit closure reports of projects handled.
