Duties & Responsibilities:
 Responsible for supervising contractors' work of electrical & low current installations to verify conformance with specifications, methods of installation and approved shop drawing
 Responsible for reviewing building & outside plan shop drawings submitted by the contractor as power system, lighting system, (MV, LV, Street lighting, fence lighting, landscape lighting ….etc) cable routing
 Responsible for inspection of electrical equipment installation, testing and commissioning in some utility buildings as (chillers plant, treatment plant, pump rooms, potable water tank, swimming pool pumps, standby Genset and Elevators)
 Sharing the review of the payment & variation order submitted by the contractor
 Recording changes on site and Review as-built drawings
 Electrical work installation for power works and co-ordination with all other trades installations (MEP, Architectural& Civil )
 Permanent member with the committees of projects handing over

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Review contractor's shop drawings
• Materials approvals as per specification
• Site inspections after execution of installation and issues site instructions and NCR as necessary
• Checking of installing the conduits and wiring for Lighting, Power, FAS, CCTV, BMS and Telephone Systems
• Testing and commissioning of all the Electrical installation including LV Panel, DBs,
Generators, ATS panel, BMS, FAS, Access Control, Telephone and CCTV system
• Co-ordination with Construction Engineers, Architects, Clients & other trades
• Review and approved monthly contractor bill and any variation raised by the contractor
• Responding to Technical queries from contractor
• Recording changes on site and Review as-built drawings
• Prepared bill and took verification from main contractor and consultant
• Prepared variation and take verification from consultant
• Preparation of Snag list and reviewing the Close-Out Report as submitted by
Contractor

Project Name : 1- Project of constructing Al-Gazira Plaza commercial mall in Mansoura City
2- Project of constructing Al-Rodah Medical Center
Duties & Responsibilities:
 Preparation of Shop drawings, Material submittal and Method of statement
 Preparation of Single line diagrams, voltage drop, short-circuit calculations and panels load schedule required
 Site Execution to achieve the planned target complying the quality standards, man, machine and money
 Liaise with the client's representative/consultants/sub contractors to ensure that all potentials and actual requirements are met
 Review and Follow up the works at sites and verify the contract compliances
 Variations in the projects considering the client’s requirements and the company’s policies
 Ensure that all the Non Conformance issues are promptly investigated and are quickly closed out
 Distribution of the work forces to achieve the Project Plan
 Reporting and data control of all the procedures, Reviews and Approvals
 Commissioning and handing over procedures of the projects
 Co-ordinate with other services to avoid any clashes during execution
 Quantifying material requirement of the project and arranged to place orders to suppliers
 Prepared bill and took verification from main contractor and consultant
 Prepared variation and take verification from consultant
 Tested & commissioned complete Electrical system.
