• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Finance and Accounting in the UAE company, Saudi Subsidiary, and the POSH Saudi.
• Liaise with Banks to improve relations.
• Prepare Financial Reports and lead the review with the Board.
• Prepare and implement required Policies and Procedures.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Finance Unit in German company, Saudi Factory, and the Holding company in Saudi Arabia;
- Control the Company's cash-flows, working capital and predict future trends;
- Liaise with Banks Facility Agreements to cover the company requirements;
- Prepare Financial Reports and lead the review with the Board;
-Prepare and implement required Policies and Procedures;
- Implementing ERP (ODOO);
- Support Holding in closure of thier accounting periods and until finalize statutory
consolidation financial reports;
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Finance Unit (a team of 11 members);
- Manage and control the Company's cash-flows, petty cash, working capital and predict future trends;
- Negotiating and preparing the Banks Facility Agreements to cover the company requirements;
- Research and report on factors influencing the business performance;
- Prepare the Monthly Financial Reports and lead the review with the Management;
- Interpret the Company's Monthly Financial Performance and recommend corrective
actions if any;
- Review on an ongoing basis the projects’ Cost at Completion & Technical Progress, the contingencies and other KPIs;
- Manage the EPC contracts;
- Assist the Management on Company’s bidding activities: Cost & Risk analyses, Price & Margin estimation;
- Organize and prepare the annual budget, the quarterly forecasts and report to the Company’s Management;
- Analyze the variances resulting from the established budget/forecast, explain those
variances and suggest corrective actions;
- Lead the Year-end Audit Process with (Deloitted and Talal AbuGhazaleh), prepare the yearly Financial Statements and ensure appropriate filings to the authorities;
- Maintain adequate relationships with the Banks, the Sub-Contractors (local and outside the Kingdom) and the Clients;
- Create KPIs for the Finance and Projects as well as Implement policies and procedures to upgrading quality and efficiency.
- Implementing Accounting Software (QuickBooks);
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting & the project controlling departments (a team of 5 members);
- Manage and control the Company's cash-flows, petty cash, working capital and predict future trends;
- Research and report on factors influencing the business performance by reviewing the Overhead’s composition, conducting cost reduction analysis,
simulating the financial impacts of various Projects’ Execution plan decided by the Management;
- Prepare the Monthly Financial Reports and lead the review with the Management;
- Interpret the Company's Monthly Financial Performance and recommend corrective actions if any;
- Create KPIs for the Finance and the Project Controlling departments as well as a Manual of Internal Controls & Financial Policies;
- Review on an ongoing basis the projects’ Cost at Completion & Technical Progress, the Contingencies and other KPIs;
- Manage the EPC contracts;
Assist the Management on Company’s bidding activities: Cost & Risk analyses, Price & Margin estimation;
- Manage the EPC contracts;

- Manage the Company’s reporting liabilities for the Withholding Taxes, VAT, and other governmental levies and taxes;
- Assist the Company’s Management on various technical topics: EOSB calculation, Consolidated Financial Statements
(IFRS GAAP), Tax proof, Zakat Calculation, Revenue recognition (long-term contracts);
- Maintain adequate relationships with the Banks, the Sub-Contractors (local and outside the Kingdom) and the Clients;
- Implement policies and procedures to upgrading quality and efficiency.
- Implementing Accounting Software (Focus);
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting;
- Conduct all necessary trainings to up-dating the team’s skills and knowledge up;
- Perform Periodic reporting package with analysis the discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions;
- Monitor and analyze Revenues, Unbilled, Unearned, Backlog, Expenditures and determine budget variances and report it;
- Manage and Prepare monthly salary (500 Staff Member);
- Prepare Yearly Zakat and Tax returns to ensure accuracy and monthly return of WHT and VAT;
- Manage and oversee insurance (PL, WC, EL, PI, Health care, Property, Motor);
- Monitor and Manage relation with Banks, Clients and suppliers;
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the procurement.
- Book the accounting entrees on a day to day basis;
- Reconcile and track the intercompany flows;
- Prepare the Accruals/Prepayments and the Bank reconciliation Reports;
- Perform periodic physical-take for the company's inventories.
- Booking Entries in the Accounting System;
