-Involve at monthly reconciliation's.

-Involve in end of services.
-Evaluate payroll data, income statement accounts, preparing journal entries, and reconciling and analysing payroll affiliated balance sheets.
-Prepare monthly salary for employees and the bank transfers .
-Provide employees with any required data such as leave balances, indemnity, and monthly deductions;
-Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system;
-Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
-Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements.
-Keep employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes on timely basis.
-Process personnel actions forms and assure proper approvals; disseminates approved forms.
-Prepare paperwork required to introduce employees to the payroll system and establishe personnel files.
