Responsibilities
 Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow.
 Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
 Maintain and manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control.
 Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
 Prepare and process purchase orders, requisition, and contract.
 Handle customer complaints and queries professionally.
 Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
 Maintain accurate data of purchases. Pricing and inventory.
 Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to various stores.
 Monitor and manage vendor performance, resolving any supply issues or discrepancies.
 Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
 Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of stock.
 Manage cash handling, including cash register operations and reconciliations.
 Conduct periodic reviews and audits of procurement processes and stores contracts.
 Implement promotional activities and designs to drive store traffic.

• Develop the company’s inventory management strategy with the aim
of controlling costs within budgetary limits, generating savings,
• Rationalizing inventory and maximizing available working capital
• Manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked product
• inventory including stock profiles and stock locations
• Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting / inventory
• accuracy checks
• Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete / redundant raw
• materials to maximize availability of working capital
• Ensure that goods inward / stock control department is well organized
• and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the
business.
• Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately
according to company procedure.
• Ensure materials are ready and available for production as and when
required.
• Ensure that any materials that are late or holding up production for
whatever reason are chased and followed up until received.
• Ensure sub contract processes are received back and that suppliers
are chased to ensure no late delivery situation.
• Provide routine management information on inventory performance
• Monitor and evaluate consumables usage & costs
• Monitor & evaluate material utilization and scrap Manage inventory quality and accuracy assurance program
• Create, install, and/or monitor inventory management system
• Coordinate physical inventory process and cycle counts
• Monitor inventory flow through system - especially expedites and advertised goods Develops stock location and order picking strategies to optimize work flow, space utilization, and labor productivity in distribution facilities.

KEY REPONSIBILTIES
 Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transaction are recorded.
 Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
 Update account payable and perform reconciliations.
 Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
 Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
 Update financial data in database to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
 Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
 Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
 Assist with other accounting projects.
