with feedback, obtain the Interim Payment Certificate duly signed/stamped by the Engineer and recommend the
same to DSC Accounts for payment
• Maintaining Variation Log for proper monitoring of additional works executed by the Contractor. Review
contractors’ submission on Value of Variations, comment, advice back to the Engineer on its
Evaluation/Determination process, conducting negotiation meetings if required, receipt of final submission from
the Contractor and prepare Variation Orders to be executed between the Parties
• Review, certify and recommend to DSC Accounts for payment invoices submitted by the Engineer against their
supervision services
• C4, North Hub ‐ Mix use project consisting of 8 buildings with UG two level car paring, retail GF and 8 upper
residential floors (1, 176 apartments) (Total land area of 566, 607 sq.ft., GFA 1, 361, 000 sq.ft.)
• Construction of Canal Residential West, Phase 1 Mediterranean, European (2B+G+11) & Venetian (3B+G+19)
floor buildings in Plot No. 682‐1402 (Total land area of 178, 245 sq.ft., GFA 768, 544 sq.ft.)

concrete for casting, Checking subcontractors Interim Bills and prepare Payment Certificates, monitoring proper
execution of architectural finishing works, such as tile works, ceiling installation, marble works and column
cladding, painting works, etc., preparing and submitting valuation in respect of work progress at site, preparing Bill
of Quantities and quantifying of bill items and temporary work for pricing, checking subcontractors Interim Bills and
prepare Payment Certificates
Integrated water supply scheme for the Eastern Coastal Costal Towns of Ampara District (Phase 11)
• Lamar Towers, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (Twin skyscrapers. Tower 1 is 350 m tall with 72 floors, Tower 2 is 301 m tall
with 62 floors and are connected by 5 story podium. It includes UG parking for 500 cars, retail center ‐ The Lamar
Mall, offices ‐ over 10 floors of office space, The Lamar Spa and residential apartments

4 comprise GF and 5 additional floors while the remaining 1 building comprises GF and 6 additional floors. Blocks
A3 and A4 are 2 villas of GF and an additional floor. Block A5 is a GF restaurant.
