Installation of HP Desktop Pcs, Printers
Helping users with all kinds of software basics
Troubleshooting all software and hardware issues
Configuration and installation of software on the Desktop Pcs
Managing and working on Windows 8 based HP Tablet-cum-Pcs :
Troubleshooting Hardware and Software issues
Creating/deleting user accounts
Re-imaging tablets
Assisting students with any queries they approach
Creating every day reports of the problems occurred and the ones solved, sending them to the IT Supervisor and IT manager
• Allocate and assign students to their respective classes in the software called “ENGAGE”.
• Perform a Daily checkup of the performance of computers and printers.
• Answer user inquiries regarding printers, computer software/hardware operation to resolve the issues.
• Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
• Guide/Train users in the proper use of hardware & software.
• Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications.
• Provide first & second line technical support to end users.
• Job Involved in looking after the company’s Network. Installation and configuration of Cisco switch, hub & windows based Networks.
• Assembling the Cabinets with Server, Switches, Patch Panels, Router etc.; all necessary Networking equipment and Connections.
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of Network Printers on windows XP and Windows 7 machines.
• Assembling and Installation of POS (Point of Sale) Systems like IBM 4840-P43.
• Configuration setup, Bar-code file loading to the scanners. Generating the summary report of all the

Installing/uninstalling Operating Systems, Anti-virus and other computer softwares.
