Warehouses & Logistics- Supervisor- Job responsibilities
 Supervising the all the materials are supplied to production Dept. ahead of time.
 Supervising all the materials is ordered, received & ensuring no shortages for production dept.
 QA done once the material is received from production dept.
 Updating all the relevant registries for smooth flow of operations.
 Creating & presenting whenever any new ideas generated for reducing the gaps in operations.
 Supervising the goods received as per purchase orders, checking & posting them in stock.
 Ensure the proper storage of all goods and accessories according to bin location, in terms of placing all goods in the pre-designated areas and sections, arranging warehouses in a way that best utilizes available space; as well as proper housekeeping and movement of goods.
 Supervise the communication and implementation of departmental policies and procedures, in order to ensure that all relevant procedural and legislative requirements are clearly communicated and duly fulfilled.
 Supervise the respective team of direct and indirect reports through contributing to effective recruitment, development, performance management, and succession planning, in order to maximize team performance and achieve sectional objectives.
 Conduct frequent and regular inventory check controls, as well as end of year inventory checks for engines, alternators, assembled generators, and all items and accessories under my supervision, to monitor the stock, and correct any differences/ discrepancies, if found.
 Attend regular meetings of functions relevant to the role and as per management directions and job requirements such as “Supply chain meeting”, warehouse meetings and any others.
 Preparing material studies for re-ordering, forecasting the same based on requirements.
 Identify training needs and recommendations to improve performance of staff.
 Reporting stock shortages & short shipments to Branch manager.
 Preparing Commercial Inv, Delivery, Packing List.
 Monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance targets.
 Monitoring and auditing of products to ensure high standards of quality.
 Updating time log sheet for drivers and supervising the deliveries on time are met.
 Planning the deliveries ahead so as to ensure deadline is met.
 Advising the drivers of routing & coordinating with customers for smooth delivery.
 Ensuring products comply with legislation and quality assurance codes.
 Ensuring that all QA Tests are carried out on time and in full.
 Delivering presentations to an audience of Manager Level within the business
 Provide Daily, weekly and monthly reports to senior managers for the warehouse dept.
 Ensuring non-conforming products are identified and placed on restriction.
 Awareness of regulatory requirement and customer service expectations.
 Coordinating the investigation of customer complaints if any.
 Preparing and analyzing information for the purpose of Management Review.
 Handling the Afghanistan requirement independently for all the sales orders, dispatched & procurements.
 Reviewing the & preparing the Air, Sea & land transport rates every time as required
 Preparing all the documents for Collection of goods from UK via Air Freight / Sea Freight.
