Duties and Responsibilities:
• Quantity Take off for all the HVAC items and process the order after evaluating the quotes technically and
commercially and ensure the material availability timely at site.
• Ensure the installation of HVAC equipments, ducting, Ch.W piping as per the specification and approved shop
drawings.
• Liaise with the company Quality management plan.
• Coordination with District Cooling plant Authority (Empower).
• Preparation and submission of all the necessary documents and mock up installation for Empower and taking
approval for site installation.
• Attending weekly progress meeting with the consultant and Main contractor and meet the periodic project
deadlines.
• Carried out all the BMS system includes the installation of DDC panel, Cabling, networking and interfacing of
all the mechanical equipments, electrical systems and panels.
• Preparing Builders work layout in coordination with all the MEP services.
• Preparation of RCP and layout.
• Coordination with the Sub contractors and ensure the timely completion of allotted work and verifying and
approving the submitted bills.
• Carried out all the MEP fire stop works as per civil defense requirements.
• Timely completion of ceiling closure program in deep coordination with the Consultant Inspector.
• Testing and Commissioning of HVAC and BMS systems and inspection with the consultant.
• Carried out separate inspection with the Client FM Team(IDAMA) and final handing over of all the HVAC and
BMS systems.
• Coordination with Client’s FM team and furnishing all the DLP activities.
