Duties and Responsibilities:
• Quantity Take off for all the HVAC items and process the order after evaluating the quotes technically and
commercially and ensure the material availability timely at site.
• Ensure the installation of HVAC equipments, ducting, Ch.W piping as per the specification and approved shop
drawings.
• Liaise with the company Quality management plan.
• Coordination with District Cooling plant Authority (Empower).
• Preparation and submission of all the necessary documents and mock up installation for Empower and taking
approval for site installation.
• Attending weekly progress meeting with the consultant and Main contractor and meet the periodic project
deadlines.
• Carried out all the BMS system includes the installation of DDC panel, Cabling, networking and interfacing of
all the mechanical equipments, electrical systems and panels.
• Preparing Builders work layout in coordination with all the MEP services.
• Preparation of RCP and layout.
• Coordination with the Sub contractors and ensure the timely completion of allotted work and verifying and
approving the submitted bills.
• Carried out all the MEP fire stop works as per civil defense requirements.
• Timely completion of ceiling closure program in deep coordination with the Consultant Inspector.
• Testing and Commissioning of HVAC and BMS systems and inspection with the consultant.
• Carried out separate inspection with the Client FM Team(IDAMA) and final handing over of all the HVAC and
BMS systems.
• Coordination with Client’s FM team and furnishing all the DLP activities.
Project: Boulevard & Street walk west zone Beach
Palm Jumeirah, U.A.E. - (MEP-150 million Aed)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Taking Quantities for Mechanical Items.
• Processing Work Orders after evaluating the quotes technically and commercially.
• Coordination with accounts and purchase department for opening LC and other payment procedures.
• Responsible for the technical analysis in support of Commercial Department for any additional works and
variations related to MEP.
• Preparation and updating of Material ordered and delivered tracking sheet.
• Technical reviews of all MEP received sub contractors’ and specialist consultants’ quotations and reconcile
Inclusions, qualifications and exclusions.
• To review all MEP and related RFI’s from Subcontractors prior to send to Consultant
• To monitor and follow up all MEP Engineering works and Submittal including the urgent and critical issues
between the Engineers and the Subcontractors.
• Participate in preliminary technical meetings with Potential MEP Subcontractors and Suppliers. Making
Technical comparison with different quotation.
• Maintaining quality & cost reduction of mechanical goods and consumables.
• Involved in developing new vendors through continuous searching, market intelligence over internet,
newspapers and market studies.
• Regular supplier performance evaluation through database provided in working place.
• Play key role in estimating and budgeting in projects.
• Processing payments of vendor and Subcontract works.
• Playing important role in maintaining HSE implication in vendors and at work place.
• Skills in negotiation, problem solving, analytical approach and strategic buying.
• Ability to understand and interact with diverse groups and operations.

• Processing Work Orders after evaluating the quotes technically and commercially.
• Maintaining quality & cost reduction of mechanical goods and consumables.
• Involved in developing new vendors through continuous searching, market intelligence over internet,
newspapers and market studies.
• Measuring subcontract work and certify for their payment.
• Regular supplier performance evaluation through database provided in working place.
• Play key role in estimating and budget control in projects.
• Processing payments of vendor and Subcontract works.
• Playing important role in maintaining HSE implication in vendors and at work place.
• Skills in negotiation, problem solving, analytical approach and strategic buying.
• Making material submittal for Ch.W flushing and Testing and Commissioning for HVAC.
• Attending Meeting with Consultant for Testing and Commissioning.

Project: Workers Hospital & Integrated Health Centre
(MEP- 450 million Qr)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design verification of various mechanical equipments and proposing the final specification to order the
materials.
• Making material submittals for the major HVAC equipments as per the verified design specification.
• Preparation of Ducting and Chilled water Shop drawings.
• Preparation of MEP coordination drawings.
• Material quantification as per the approved Shop drawing and issuing to site for material order.
• Participating in the client meeting for the coordination issues between MEP services and ceiling height.
• Coordinating with the Consultant for the verification of shop drawing for approval.
• Raising RFI for Technical clarification, Missing detail in the IFC drawing and Coordination issues between
ceiling and MEP services.
• Preparing and updating drawing log on weekly basis.
• Prepare and Estimate the required quantity of materials required for the project and to coordinate with the
purchasing department by submitting Material Requisition.
• Design of Pneumatic pipe systems for sending/receiving sample specimen.
• Special lead coated ducting systems for X-ray rooms.
• Ensure Negative / positive pressure in Special rooms such as Operating rooms, Air borne precaution rooms,
Isolation rooms & Trauma rooms.
• Installation of Hepa filters for the equipments serving critical rooms as per the Project specification.
Project: Doha Convention Centre
(MEP-550 million QR)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Material quantities take off and order as per the project requirement.
• Dealt with variation work and provide cost and time impact.
• AHU & FAHU plant room erection and handed over.
• Review mechanical inspection report.
• Assist client’s inspection of all installed components.
• Coordination with other service for clashing to handed over the ceiling clearance.
• Conduct quality induction to the work force for quality work for the inspection approval.
Project: Barwa City and Utility
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Over all in charge for duct installation and HVAC equipments installation.
• Taking duct measurements and order for erection.
• Proper distribution of ducts and materials to the respective work areas.
• In charge for the duct insulation and support fabrication yard.
• Arranging material and logistics for the erection work.
• Handled Pumping stations ( Potable, Irrigation and foul water pumping stations).
• Individually handled the Utility project and handed over as per the local authority requirement.
Project: Alwaab City (Phase I & II)
(MEP-350 million QR)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct Monitoring the material delivery and Material Inspection.
• Proper distribution of Material to the work force.
• Highlighting the material shortages and wrong material delivery to the Concern trade in-charge.
• Responsible for receiving the material request and forwarding it for the material order.
• Preparation and updating of Material tracking and Material ordered log.
