• Lead NSS & OSS applications with 15 Engineers offshore & onsite, the applicationsh include Legacy provisioning system, Comptel Service fulfillment (Instant link, Service Resource Inventory, Comptel Number management), mGate, Loyalty system, Voucher Management, Visionel OSS, OTA.
• Initiate and support IT applications enhancement projects and ensure their delivery in accordance with project goals, timelines and costs in compliance with Mobily’s methodologies.
• Maintaining communication between Mobily and IBM operation team to deliver operation tasks.
• Ensuring delivery of operation tasks on time.
• Ensuring SLA and KPIs are met.
• Responsible to provide technical solution to Mobily.
• Providing proposal, getting involved with Mobily Development / Design Team to resolve software bugs/issues.
• Responsible end to end smooth provisioning from front end ( SIEBEL, EAI) to OSS nodes ( Comptel, EMA, OTA etc)
1. As bridge between IT and Engineering for integration new network elements and root cause analysis to solve mediation provisioning issue
2. System Administrator of Ericsson Multi Activation, provisioning system developed by Ericsson Sweden
3. System Administrator of Mobily Multi Activation, provisioning system in house development by Mobily
4. Supporting migration of in-house provisioning system to COMPTEL, provisioning system developed by Comptel Finland
5. System Administrator of Comptel Instant link 7.0, provisioning system developed by Comptel Finland
6. System Administrator of Mediation, Provisioning and OTA system, Vendor base application SmartTrust Sweden
7. System Administrator of Fraud Management System and Revenue Assurance, in house application by Mobily
8. Level 2 support of offshore operation team on provisioning subcribers to all GSM nodes, VAS nodes and WIMAX
9. Supporting CRM operation team, EAI Team, SMSGW Team, IVR Team, Marketing team, call center team to launch new product as well as to solve any customers complains
10. Supporting SIM management, maintaining MSISDN pool as well as SIM pool
11. System Administrator of Voucher Management system, in-house application by Mobily
12. Maintaining subscribers data on Network, such as :
• Ericsson HLR/FNR/AUC ( Core nodes)
• Ericsson Charging System ( MINSAT/AIR/VS/SDP- IN nodes)
13. Supervising offshore and onsite team to ensure daily operation task running well
14. Proposing RFP to management and conducting technical discussion with vendors during purchasing new software / platform
• Installed Oracle 9i Enterprise Edition software on Compaq ML 350, Client Software and configured the network (Net8).
• Oracle server configuration and modification of the initialization parameters in init.ora files and spfile.
• Enrolling users and maintaining system security through complex grants structure. Liaison with the Oracle database auditors to audit the database environment.
• Managing the Tablespace, datafiles and troubleshooting.
• Backup of the database using RMAN.
• Database Security.
• Data capacity planning. Space Management.
• Altering the structures and storage parameters.
• Creating and maintaining the users, roles and profiles.
