The St. Regis-FIVE STAR HOTEL APARTMENTS AND RESIDENCES AT MARSA ARABIA (QR 1.5bn) Located on the Marsa Arabia Island at The Pearl Qatar's Porto Arabia, Marsa Arabia Resort will be a 5-star Hotel & Residence with resort amenities with a total built-up area of 161, 432m².
The island is accessible by a vehicular bridge from the Porto Arabia Retail District and will also be accessible by water taxi or other vessels through two transient slips.
Project Comprises of 90 Hotel Apartments, 364 Branded Residences, F&B, Services & Facilities and retail spaces.
The LUSAIL TOWERS development is the most iconic commercial high rise towers in Qatar. The towers will be the tallest in the state forming the gateway to the city of Lusail. The Project spreads over four plots, occupying approximately 26, 650 m², 27, 200m², 28, 400m², and 30, 150m² (total of 112, 400m² and GFA of 660, 000m², excluding landscape area, and 13, 150 car park spaces.). Within each plot, one tower structure and several podium buildings are proposed. A 50-storey tower is planned on Plots 1 and 2 each, while Plots 3 and 4 will each host a 70-storey tower. A 4- to 5-level basement is planned across each plot.

Yasmeen City is a multi-use district located in Lusail City. Yasmeen City (known previously as Energy City II), is planned to accommodate a total population of 20, 700, out of which 18, 000 are residents. The total Gross Floor Area (GFA) planned for Yasmeen City is 980, 000m2. City has been designed as an innovative, dedicated Residential District, comprising of Residential & Serviced Apartments, Mixed-use buildings (retail and serviced apartments), Residential Club Zone, 5-Star & 4-Star Hotels & Apartments, School, 2 Mosques, Nursery & Kindergarten and Healthcare Center.

The Salwa Resort is a development of hotel and resort facilities to be built to attract tourists from inside and outside of Qatar.
The site has an area of approximately 3, 200, 000m² with building coverage of approximately 128, 000m² and a total landscaped area of approximately 605, 000m². The site includes approximately 3km of beach/water front.
Package 4(Dahab Mountains Water and Adventure Park), comprises of the complete Water Park Facilities with a total ground area of 102, 631.68m² and a total building area of 35, 262.73m².

Project: Ras Usherij-Design & Build of Concrete Bridge and Marine works
Client: Private Engineering Office (PEO)
Contractor: CONTRACO
The project involves construction of a new concrete bridge connecting the land with the small island (previously used as Coast Guard Station). The bridge is made of concrete on piles and columns to allow for water circulation, the deck is made of concrete slab over prestressed girders.
A beach of 300m length is constructed South of the bridge. The beach will have a number of groynes to protect the sand and avoid erosion.
Shore protection (Rock Revetment) is constructed around the existing island to protect it from erosion.

Project: Al Waab City- Phase 1 Villas B and C and club houses

The WAAB City Project is a mixed development project combining residential, commercial and entertainment facilities and outdoor facilities.
Therefore, Phase 1 was launched on 1/11/2012 comprising a total of 45 Villas in the C compound and 13 Villas in the B compound. Phases 2-6 were launched upon completion of Phase 1.
DAR was contracted in the Capacity of the Engineer’s Assistant to oversee the supervision and completion of the balance works including the infrastructure. The total cost of completing the Villas and the clubhouses is circa QR 550 Mn.

J&P is executing a subcontract from the main contractor Al Bawani Co. Ltd for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction for the Information Technology & Communication Complex - 17 Parcels with a total floor area of 435, 000m² under epc in Riyadh. This comprises of 13 buildings with 4 common basements including commercial buildings for information technology, communication, software production and research and development as well administration buildings and restaurants.

Design and construction of 32 buildings of mixed use including piazzas, commercial areas, 1, 065 one to four bedroom apartments with external venetian-themed architecture, totaling a surface of around 270, 000m² and underground parking areas of around 122, 000m²
Construction of 30 townhouse clusters, which include 188 three-story individual townhouses of three different designs of Venetian-themed exterior, with a total surface of 56, 500m². Construction of 31 Villas in La Plage & Bahriya Precincts, include site development of swimming pools, carport, hard & soft landscaping. The villas vary in size from 550m² to 1200m² in area and are specified to high standard finishes.
