And my part as ahead of Department requires me some important administrative side roles technical which is the most important issue.
Administrative duties :
1 - His clients and work sessions Listen and find out what they need adjusting. This may require to visit the client in work to study the site some technical aspects that may affect the work in some way or another and then provide the best proposals we have to reach together to achieve the desired goal of the announcement.
2 - After the agreement on the final form of the work I developed an action plan and a time frame for implementation and then determine the cost of the project and the agreement with the client on the physical aspect.
Professional duties:
3 - then starts the beginning of the work design division and distribution the jobs to designers pastures disciplines and technical capacity and speed work, too.
4 - and then art work is receiving from designers and technical review and make sure you achieve the idea that the client wants to appear in a clear and coordinated.
5 - Send and business proposals to the client and Continue and make adjustments, if any.
6 - the approval of the client in writing or electronically on the proposals to start the implementation.
7 - Follow-up of production and determine the materials you want to work omitted and ensure the quality of printing and matching specifications.
