• Preparation of related Technical Evaluations and co-ordinates for Technical Evaluation of the quotations (RFQ & RFP). shortlist and ranking. Building and maintaining accurate development reports with complete information - material information, pricing & lead times.
• Liaison with the vendors for better pricing and delivery terms and identification of new vendors, if required. Ensures ROS dated for all projects. Review the Purchase requisition and check for estimate, proper specification, data sheets and drawings. Evaluate the budget for the items and verify it for stock or direct charge or capital purchase.
• Identify the Items comes under the part of Long-term Price Agreement or possibility of Repeat order. Prepare & publish the RFQ by online to appropriate vendors by shortlisting from the commercial directory.
• Liaise with PM and engineers on site for any kind of clarification for procurement. Co-ordinate with End-user in site for technical and Inspection team for QA/QC requirements for ADNOC Offshore Procurement Division responsible for Drilling Category Management, Sourcing Management, Program Procurement & Contracts Agreements for equipment, drilling materials and services for Operations and Projects.
• Work closely with the operations and projects team to support strategic sourcing projects, strategic customer bids and ODM/OEM projects, and ensure the commercial and cost saving benefits of the procurement cycle are realized and ensure that all deliveries are completed on time.
