Deputy Manager - Warehouse / Logistics reporting to General Manager
Responsibilities:
Plans, organizes, directs, controls and coordinates all warehousing activities.
-Oversees the daily activities of all warehouse staff.
-Maintains proper and accurate stock inventory of the materials and carry out periodical physical verification.
-Maintains the upkeep of the warehouse and carries out regular housekeeping so as to maintain the quality of the products.
-Allocates products at the warehouse for easy accessibility, retrieval and space planning.
-Receives and manages inbound materials as per the packing list and prepares MATERIALS RECEIPT NOTE and prepares report of discrepancies.
-Plans space for inbound shipment prior to arrival to warehouse.
-Ensures all outbound materials are accompanied by a GP generated document.
-Maintains all materials handling equipment.
-Supervise the daily updating of bin card by the warehouse workers/materials pickers.
-Puts in practice FIRST-IN FIRST-OUT basis of issuing materials.
-Generates PACKING LIST for export purpose after marking, labeling, and numbering the boxes.
-Track sales returns and document and submit summary report of all returned items with the corresponding reasons and value on a weekly and monthly basis.
-Submits a weekly and monthly summary of damaged items, with classification . during transit, poor handling during delivery, or manufacturing defect.
-Submits a summary report of customer complaints and service requests.
-Submits a supply chain report to get the success ration of proposed or targeted delivery date.
-Submits a monthly report on warehouse space utilization.
-Submits a report of a conducted cycle counting.
-Submits a summary report of non-moving and slow-moving, over-stock, and critical stock on a weekly and monthly basis.
-Prepares the warehouse for any regulatory authority visits and inspections.
• Responsible for overall day to day operations, management & maintaince of site equipments.
• Responsible for warehouse in line with ORGANISATION policies.
• Ensure that company system is properly maintained at his warehouse.
• Assist in the training of the staff and new hired employees.
• Assess the availability of space and prepare stacking/storage plans prior to commodities arrivals.

• Manage stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system.
• Planning, organizing and controlling of Warehouse’ over-all operations.
• Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
• Maintaining and issuing inventory report, entry and exit status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report, manpower status report to the logistics manager.
• To assess demand forecasts and recommend medium to long-term capacity requirements.
• To coordinate with Sales & Operations to build accuracy of sales forecasts.
• To convert sales forecasts to real time demand plans at an SKU level by factoring historical sales pattern, sales promotion program & marketing inputs to develop a production plan.
• To develop measures to establish SKU-wise service-levels to sales plan and Customer orders. Endeavour to improve service level KPI’s and reduce the extent of lost sales.
Assistant Manager - SCM reporting to Finance Controller
Responsibilities:
• Handled import and export transactions, managed warehouse, logistics, transportation, purchase, procurement, inventory control & material planning.
• Responsible to undertake stock analysis based on existing data from ERP and can handle logistics department and co-ordinating with the program executive for the dispatches
Senior Executive - Warehouse & Logistics reporting to Regional Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities:
• Handled a warehouse of 25, 000 sqft area with 500 SKU’s and manpower of 15 employees.
• Responsible for transportation, stock updating in ERP package, co-ordination with customers, inventory control, material planning, optimization of warehouse space and preparing daily and monthly MIS reports.
• Daily updation of data with the ERP packages in agrani and oracle. Oversee the warehouse / logistics computerized inventory system and promptly report any glitches to the ERP staff for troubleshooting, working in agrani.
Supervisor reporting to Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities:
• Liaison with customers, suppliers and the concerned group companies and departments in connection with incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Support the sales/inside sales departments with relevant shipping the transporting information. Act as a focal point for carries of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Worked closely with the supply chain Manager in all purchasing, logistics, quality assurance and administrative matters to ensure the highest level of service to all customers and partners.
• Maintained the warehouse activities, daily reconciliation, monthly reconciliation reports, inventory adjustments, transport adjustments, transport department, inspection and rejection reports, contractors record of work completion and logistics department.
• Internal planning, bin management for optimum utilization of storing space respective of quality and cost effective factors. Internal manpower management and scheduling.
• Daily stock reports, incoming and outgoing inventory, maintaining receipt of material, maintain inventories in BAAN Account Software and LPO’S and receipts in BAAN.
• Responsible for the preparation of documents pertaining to stores and warehouse. Maintaining manpower for production and HACCP documents.
Supervisor reporting to Production Manager
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for receipts and dispatches, vehicles arrangement for loading, stock updating in excel sheet, send material to production department, stacking and packing, production planning, manpower handling, packing and dispatching material.
• Daily grain stock reports, incoming and outgoing inventory, maintaining quality of products. Controls silo stock of all raw materials in the company.
• Co-ordination in mill / warehouse and maintaining production schedules to meet the customer satisfaction. Maintaining all the daily reports and submitting to the management and handling all manpower departments.
