• Project Documentation: Designed and edited General Arrangement/ Internal General Arrangement Drawings for various panels. Edited Wiring andTermination Drawings. Worked on various documents such as Functional DesignSpecification, Site Acceptance Test and Factory Acceptance Test procedures,
Manufacturer's Record Book and Electrical Power Consumption and Heat Dissipation Calculations.
• SCADA: Worked on making IO Database, IO mapping, Animation, Navigation, established communication with PLC.
• Testing: Performed IO testing on AI, AO, DI & DO modules
Job Duties:
• Testing: Assisted in performing tests like PI test, HiPot test, IR test, Surge test, Vibration analysis, Polarity test on electric machines (Motors/Generators)
• Electric Motor Repairs: Hands on experience in dismantling, cleaning, rewinding, assembling of electric machines (Motors/Generators), balancing of rotors
• Survey: Assisted in performing a survey on electrical machines, electrical instrument at Noble Joe Beale oil rig docked at Hamriya Port, Ajman.
