• Serve as first point of contact for Datacenter IT Operations, support related services
of maintenance, upgrade, and technical services,
• Coordination with different Hardware and application vendors
• Work with Line Managers and Coordinate with Project Engineering team for
installation and maintenance of Datacenters infrastructure, provisioning, and
deployments of equipment’s, Supervising Computer Room’s Security & sensors
• Preventative and Corrective Maintenance in compliance with client’s standard
policies & procedures.
• Oversee IT Infrastructure services regularly & ensure system High-availability
• Proactively monitors Datacenter services and coordinates with different teams for
support activities
• Manages IT Maint. Budgets, work on requirements and Upgrades.
