As a Hospitality Services Supervisor, my responsibility is to manage and oversee all Hospitality Operations Services, staff performance, and train, coach staff to ensure a smooth operation. Monitor staff punctuality and groom and guide as needed. Ensure that personal and food hygiene, as well as housekeeping standards in lounge food service areas and kitchens is followed in accordance with company and legal requirements.
As a Corporate Event Supervisor, my responsibility for the efficient and smooth running of a job on site and handled a variety of tasks and support, coordinating with the team for set-up, food presentation, service and sanitation, With attention to detail and quality presentation and customer service, and is also responsible for the training and coaching of service staff.
Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner and responsible for providing a high level of support and information to
our guests about our facilities, programs, and other services, addressing & escalating customer complaints.
As a Facility Coordinator, my responsibility is to coordinate the activities of all facilities with efficient, smooth operation of a job site and perform a variety of tasks and support, work direction, supervision of the facility team and contractors as required Independently maintain and update administrative policies and procedures, maintain and organize department files, information, filings and emails.
Managing a team of representatives offering customer support overseeing the customer service process and resolving customer complaints brought to our attention, conducting quality assurance with customers and providing feedback to employees.
