Operate and supervising Automatic Packaging and Syrup filling machine(Uhlman, Bocsh and strobel), Monthly Inspection and maintenance machine according to log book.
►Following documentation work like production schedule, quality, and conduct meeting with maintenance dept.
►Follow machine parts change over according to product liquid and tablets,
►Take care repair and maintenance job by engineering workshop .
Heavy compressor, chiller, maintenance and also HVAC.
► Draw machineries from warehouse as per schedule, take care of equipments,
preserve the equipment before and after installation according to vendor recommendations.
► Installation of equipments as per procedure. And repair hydraulic and rotating equipment also.
►Attend meetings with engineers and clients. And some time also repairing hydraulic equipment.
►Prepare for monthly site inspection. And normally checking Nitrogen pressure of heat Exchanger and purging nitrogen to exchanger or industrial cooler.
►After installation maintain all documentation prior to monthly inspection with
FWP and ExxonMobil personals until pre-commissioning.
Inspects tests, adjusts and repairs hydraulic, and pneumatic instruments and systems used to measure, indicate, record and control.
►Technical support in installation and commissioning/testing of mechanical and instrument equipments/devices.
►Install industrial instruments and equipment such as Engines, Pumps, Motors cooling system, Thrusters, Cranes, Mud Pumps, Draw works, Rotary tables, Aircon system and control panels.
►Specially Diesel engine Overhauling, Checking alignment, adjusting fuel pump and repair.
Fabricate connections, running group tubing. Performed testing and functionality check in the instrument loop through the use of P&ID.
Performed testing and functionality check in the instrument the use of P&ID, loop diagram.
Operate Machine, Generator Engine, Air Compressors, Pumps, fresh water generator etc.
Overhauling & Repairing of industrial generator, industrial water chiller, Pumps, Valves, Gear Box, Cooler, Heat exchanger etc.
►Technical support in installation and commissioning/testing of mechanical and instrument equipments/devices.
►Install/Calibration industrial instruments and equipment such as control valve (direct/reverse acting), orifice plate, Safety Instrumented system (Safeguarding System) relief Valve, pressure vacuum valve, rupture disc, pressure gauge (absolute/gauge) and tuning of controllers.
►Leak testing (according to Class of Valve, flow characteristic of valve (quick opening, equal percentage, linear, square root, hyperbolic, ) and Hydro testing.
Check instruments for accuracy and calibrate (to manufacturers specifications), using standard weights and measures, pneumatic, electrical and electronic test equipment and small hand tools.
►Tubing and Tube Fitting, Handling and Installation, Bending stainless tubing, cutting, fabricate connections, running group tubing.
Diploma in engineering- Three years course of diploma in Engineering and Process Control Technology at the Bangladesh Sweden polytechnic Institute kaptai (1998-2002). ►Two months extensive on hand trainings in a Government shipyard and industrial technical assistant center (Apprentice) on government industrial assistant center. ► Six months extensive on hand trainings in a private Institution specializing in Mechanical and Instrumentation and Process control. Knowledgeable in Calibration, troubleshooting, repair, overhauling, P&ID/ diagram and International standards procedures. ► I have some courses about Hydraulic equipment repair, maintenance, and inspection for injection molding and blow molding machines, rotating equipment and hydraulic pumps.
