Currently working as a Senior Accounts Officer in corporate office of M/s Ajmal Perfumes Manufacturing and Oudh Processing Industry LCC in Dubai, U.A.E.
- Preparation of financials of the company viz., Trail Balance, Profit and Loss, Balance sheet and Cash flows on monthly basis.
- Develop annual budget - Operational and financial with collaboration with the Group Financial Controller. Identify and investigate variances to financial plan.
- Supportive roles for preparation of Group level operational budgets viz., overheads, payroll as well as financial budget viz., Capex, P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flows.
- Independently and solely handle all accounting transactions of sister concern “M/s Eurocap” from crude level to finalization and reporting to Group Financial Controller.
- Preparation of new and existing products costing as well as specific job order costing. Analyzes and recommends on pricing strategy.
- Directly co-ordinating with the auditors in the yearend closure of books of accounts.
- Preparation of MIS reports related to monthly ageing of debtors and creditors, sales related reports, inventory ageing.
- Perform supportive roles for payroll activities of the Group Company.
- Handle and manage day to day accounting transactions like petty cash, bank reconciliation, invoicing, GRN costing, bills receivables and payable, maintaining fixed asset records and inter-company transactions of “M/s. Ajmal Perfumes”.

Assisted in major areas of audit u/s 44AB of Income Tax Act, 1961 & Other Taxation Matters. Prepared and submitted e-filing of Income tax returns of individuals, Trust, firms and companies.
- Assessment of clients business and setting up internal control system.
- Coordination with government agencies like Ministry of Company Affairs and Income Tax Department for carrying out work assigned.
- Preparation of books of accounts, statement of income and projected cash flows.
- Audited books of accounts of industries like traders in cigarettes, consumer goods, diesel and spare parts, plywood’s, glasses, building materials, electronic goods.
- Major Clients handled are VPM traders, Jayshree Group and Vijaya Engineering.
- Prepared audit programs, scope for audit and responsible for delegation of work to team members. Prepared documentation for audit observations and conclusions.
- Evaluated internal control systems / procedures, prepared audit reports with a view to highlight the shortcomings and implemented necessary recommendations.
- Vouched various books of accounts at regular interval for carrying out internal audit. Physical verification of stock and valuation thereof.
