Academic Project Details: - • BE (Main Project): - “TESTING OF TORSION LINK OF LANDING GEAR – LEARJET 23” We concentrate our project on designing, casting, and testing of torsion link of landing gear of Learjet-23, by following all the processes involved in its manufacturing process. We used computer software’s like AutoCAD and pro-e for designing its computer aided 2 dimensional designs and 3 dimensional designs, and we used software called ANSYS for testing different load conditions and to find the deformation. For casting process, we used a different chemical composition to improve its strength and stability. to find the maximum load capacity of the torsion link, we tested the material by applying various load in different sides with the help of a company approved by central government of India • BE (Mini Project): - “MOBILE CONTROLLED TELE OPERATING SYSTEM” We concentrate our project on designing the demo model of an industry. Using a network, we can control the industrial equipment’s by a mobile phone. DTMF [Dual-Tone-Multi-Frequency] is the global standard for audible tones that represent the digits on a phone keypad. Each number has separate frequency. Using this frequency, we can turn ON/OFF the industrial equipment’s. Authorized person can control this network or industry anywhere in the world just call to the mobile number already set in the industry.
