In this consultative sales role, I work with a diversified portfolio of clients to help them effectively leverage our growing network using talent sourcing solutions, which include access to our CV data bank, job advertisements, employer candidate tests, salary reports, branded career channels, email marketing etc.
• Understand the customer's use of technology in their recruitment process and present tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
• Consistent team player, achieving over 40% of growth YOY.
• Prepare pipeline to ensure the over achievement of target by 30%.
• Successful in retaining over 80% of clients and growing them to loyal customers, with total sales to over 250 companies.
• Increase activity and using various techniques to qualify and close deals.
• Effectively manage the growth of assigned portfolio of customers through transaction and solution-oriented selling approach.
• Maintaining strong relationship with key decision makers and C- Level clients by professional presentations to educate them on the latest Bayt solutions, software and technologies.
• Identify prospective clients from various sectors, create new business opportunities, and manage cross selling, up selling and servicing of key accounts.
• Identify and maximize SaaS subscription renewal, and coordinate with the assigned Customer Care Specialist to ensure optimum usage of services and products, and maximum client satisfaction.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting and staffing functions for an extensive client portfolio spread across several industries
Supports processes and content to enable knowledge sharing between relevant colleagues including Marketing, Sales, Service and Production in order to enhance offerings and information presentation to customers.
Coordinates with customers and train them on the various products.
Addresses customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction
Recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities.
Supports the Sales team in acquiring and analyzing customer feedback and ensuring on the renewal and satisfaction of the customer
Training the clients and troubleshooting the huddles faced by the clients by providing excellent after sales service
Provides regular feedback to Reporting Manager about client activities, new competitive product and customer feedback.
Primary focus on Enterprise Clients which includes MNC's and Government Organizations
Prominent Experience in solving problems, ensuring customer satisfaction resulting in longer retention of customers.
