Responsible for all the Mechanical Design Works such as HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Protection, LPG and BMS for Al Asmakh Phase 1, 2 & 3 including all the infrastructure design for the Water Supply, drainage, irrigation and Storm water system., Client M/s Ashghal/PEO. AL ASMAKH PHASE 1, 2 & 3:
-Al Asmakh Phase 1, 2 & 3 development consists of 359 Commercial buildings out of which are Heritage and Concrete RCC building ranging from GF to G+10
-GF to G + 10 Floors building ranges
-Infra structure Network design for Water Supply, drainage, Storm Water, Irrigation, LPG, Fuel etc. Responsible for all the MEP Design Works including Medical Gas system, Pneumatic Tube, RO Dialysis plant for Tenbek Hospital in Al Khor, Client M/s PEO/HMC. TENBEK HOSPITAL IN AL KHOR
-Hospital in Tenbek Area project is a 300 beds general hospital, emergency department with trauma Level 2 as well as outpatient clinics.
-The initial total built up area for the facility is scheduled to be approximately 72, 000sqm, with an inpatient capacity of 300 beds. However current Preliminary Design (PD) has a total Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 77, 000 Sqm.
-The main building within the facility is planned to include basement, ground, 4 levels, mechanical room's level and helipad access tower
-B+G+4+M&H
Responsible for all the MEP Works of Qatar Petroleum District (QPD) Fit out works. Qatar Petroleum District (QPD):
-QPD consists of Ten (10) ofice buildings ranging from 15 to 46 storey high towers. There are three levels of basements accommodating car parking and various services infrastructure and podium having shared staf support amenities spaces. All Ten Towers are connected mainly on ground and podium level with adjacent landscaped plaza linking the Tower 10 with the other buildings.
-District Cooling Plant (21, 000 tons)
-Five Star Hotel (3B+G+P+27) & 9nos-High Rise-Towers (24 Floor to 48 Floor)
-Grey water Treatment plant(900m3/d)
-I am responsible for all MEP Works for QPD project and I am working as a MEP Manager on Project site and my responsibility includes but not limited to MEP Design review(Base built), Review of SD, As built dwgs, Monitoring site Progress, Appointment of Sub-Contractor's, review the contracts etc.
