Highlights:
• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites. Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles.
• Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features. Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.
• Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.
• Perform demarcation the Plot Boundary and refrence levels for (Residential, Commercial, and Industrial & Agricultural) as per planning to the contractor in order to execute the work at the site.
• Advise clients about building/property issues including technical, financial, legal, environmental, building regulation and restoration matters.
• Undertake property and land surveys and valuations. Monitor the deterioration of a property and take steps to abate it.
• Create center line & building line for services utilities (Roads, Telecoms and Electrical cables). Site survey for updating the data base of Planning and GIS departments.

• Spearheaded the responsibility of coordinating findings with the work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others concerned with projects.
• Planned and Handled Road and Highway and construction of infrastructure Projects. Checked setting-out, levels for services locations and ensured their protection.
• Supervised of all survey work in order to maintain accuracy, Establish fixed points for use in making maps used surveying and engineering instruments.

Highlights:
• Handled projects related to road construction. Developed criteria for survey methods and procedures. Handed over the main control points & Bench marks to the contractor in joint survey with Contractor representative.
• Checked the entire contractor Instruments (Levels machines & Total stations) & validated with manufacture certificate.Led the efforts of supervising the Bench marks & Control Points to the constructions site work.
• Supervised for all the survey work which was taken by the contractor before & during the construction such as: setting-out the roads alignment, cross-section, road profiles & leveling work for the Original Ground Level.
• Checked the shop drawings & verified that drawings were made as per contract drawing and as per latest O.G.L. Adviced the managements if there was any changes required according to latest O.G.L.

• Set-out the points for the columns anchor plates on the concrete foundation using total station and Dumb Level & set the columns base plates’ center line after casting.

Al-Bidda Platinum Tower Project (Doha-Qatar)

It is commercial high-rise building (45 stories).
Scope of work: Fabrication & erection of Steel structure in the tower
Highlights:
• Worked on project related to construction of high rise building survey work.
• Established the control points around the building from known two control points which was given by legal Authorty (Municipality).
• Set out points and reference level for fixing the embedded plates on the concrete slab & the core wall before casting the slab (up to 30th floor).
• Set out the bracing center points & beam centerline after cast the slab (up to 44th floor). Set out the centerline & the level for the core wall plates (from 30th to 45th floor).
• Responsible for setting out the beam & columns location for all the steel structure connection above 31st floor.
