Current Job Profile:

APAC ETD Cash and Collateral Management.

Funding Exchange Traded Derivatives ETD margin exposure with both cash/securities collateral at Exchange and Brokers/client
Managing Client and House collateral segregated at various location including custodial agents, brokers & exchange.
Management of all Client and House cash flow and ensure appropriate funding of all bank accounts, including exchange clearing and segregation banks.
Managing daily risk of cash movements and client default by investigating, clearing and resolving cash breaks.
Facilitating treasury movements including monitoring incoming and outgoing broker and exchange margin calls.
Set up payment instructions for broker and exchange margin calls and client money movements.
Reviewing all new client payment instruction details in Keylink to prevent funding errors.
Manage communication with the clients with an objective to agree & advice on the business requirement.

Job Profile:

Client Support (Middle office)

Client Support is a process where we have to chase the client for allocation get the trade booked and resolve the exceptions as well and to see the trade is settled with no issues as we are allotted clients and we are account managers and have to check any issue of the
client is facing.


Role and Responsibilities:

 Booking of trade on T
 Escalating to the team to get the allocation for the trades which are missing bookings
 Escalating the discrepancy on the trade
 Matching the FX trades and booking the trades.
 Writing off the FX trades once approved by onshore manager.
 Escalating the FX trades when the amount mismatches and the respective difference is more than 500 USD.
 Chasing the client for the missing FX trades and escalating the same to the onshore team.
 Raising of new account & Clearing of exceptions
 Handling inbound customer service calls of all customers.
 Account Manager for a list of particular Clients.
 Since we are the account managers we have to chase the client for allocations and get the trades booked.
 Handling the group Mailbox and chat channel to resolve the ad hoc request from the clients and related teams.
 Preparation Orders not booked report (AM and PM report) to let all the teams and the traders know the trades which are yet to be booked.
 Updating the dashboards for the weekly call with the upper management.
 Updating the Settlement instructions for the Asian market.
 Chasing the client for allocations, settlement instructions.
 Chasing the data team to update the Client A/c for static updates.
 Updating the SOP for the complete process.
