Interior/ Retail Designing, detailing, BOQs, Vendor bidding & management, site coordination, coordination with brand managers, bill raising, approval for materials, final site measurements.
•Designing and detailing of building from concept level, with all codes and standards.
•Production of shop construction drawings, signage, furniture, interior detail drawings with all details.
•Coordination with other disciplines Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and landscape.
•Co-ordination with project management team.
•Meeting with vendors, Material supplier for bidding the building materials.
•Checking drawings, samples, specifications, quantities etc.
•Regular site visits with all necessary inputs for construction of building.
•Designing and detailing of building with all codes (NFPA, ADA, GCC codes) and municipal drawings.
•Production of shop drawings includes with all construction details.
•Production of signage, furniture, interior detail drawings.
•Checking BOQs, schedule of openings and building specifications.
•Coordination with other disciplines Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and landscape.
•Co-ordination with sub Contractors for their inputs - drawings, samples, specifications, quantities etc.
•Regular site visits with all necessary inputs to construction of building.
•Preparing of as built drawings after site inputs
•Production of Design development drawing set includes all floor plans, ceiling plans, fire safety plans, section, elevation, and blow up details.
•Coordination with other disciplines(structural, MEP) of buildings and changes in design accordingly.
•Study/proposal of affordable/cost effective housing in terms of design and material.
•Designing & presentation of project from concept stage.
•Preparation of all presentation drawing, sale area statements, municipal drawings.
•Preparation of all working drawings, detail drawings and special detail drawings on need.
•Opening schedule door/window/ventilators.
•Coordination with structural consultants and other disciplines of buildings.
•Co-ordination with Contractors, Vendors, site inspection and weekly reports.
•Maintaining the record of project flow of all stages
