Check and Review Shop drawings, material submittals and As Built Drawings for electrical layouts (lighting,
Earthing and lightening, small power, CCTV, Fire Alarm system, Duct bank cable routing, BMS, data and
telephone IPTV, Single line diagrams)
• Check and review the provided construction drawings (IFC drawings) and raise comments if there are issues
such as conflicts with other engineering disciplines and non-compliance to the provisions of engineering/ design
specifications and standards and inform the contractor for proper coordination with the designer for further
review to affect the necessary revisions and approval.
• Conduct actual site inspections to check the completeness and appropriateness of the electrical installations
done by the contractor as per submitted RFIs, ITPs, MS and ensure that all works were done in accordance with the
approved (IFC) construction drawings.
• Conduct quality audit / surveillance inspections to check if the works are being done in accordance with the
Project Quality Plan, and Construction specifications and standards, and Project Technical Specification
• Prepare the corresponding inspection reports stating the comments / results of the inspections and make
recommendations for the necessary corrective / rectification works
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, sub-contractors & external agencies for technical specifications and
approvals.
Manage installation, testing & commissioning of Medium Voltage Systems (MV Switchgear, RMUs,
Transformers & Standby Generators).
• Manage installation, testing & commissioning of LV Panels (MDBs, SMDBs, Branch Panels, Control Panels,
Capacitor Banks & Equipment Racks etc.)
• Supervise and plan the project execution according to the approved schedule
• Check for the proper documentations and attachments and ensure that they are duly approved, as applicable
• Witness the testing and commissioning of electrical installation works
• Prepare snag list with contractor and Client for defect rectification, reviewing Operations and Maintenance
manuals, performing testing and commissioning of services and verification of testing and commissioning report
• Coordinate with other professionals, such as contractors, architects, and engineers, to ensure job success.
• Prepare the corresponding inspection reports stating the comments / results of the inspections and make
recommendations for the necessary corrective / rectification works.

• Manage installation, testing & commissioning of Low Voltage Systems (Wiring Devices, Disconnecting
Switches, FCUs, AHUs, EWHs, HVAC, UPS & Chilled Water Systems etc.)
Main Duties:
•Closely follow up the planning team to ensure all the activity is as ongoing as per schedule of the project and take necessary action to finish the project as schedule.
•Responsible weekly update of the Progress of the project and reporting Project manager.
•Ensure effective implementation of the checklist inspection by contractors' submittals.
•Prepare / Review and timely approval of contractors and sub - contractors' submittals.
•Supervise the installation of VFD'S, SOFT starter and control panel for Booster Pumps, Circulating
•Pumps, Lifting Pump, Dosing pumps and Firefighting Pump controllers.
•Supervise as per shop drawings, check and correct the Cable Tray, Cable Trunk, recommend cables sizes according to site conditions.
•Responsible for all the Electrical Engineering & Execution works of project Oman embassy building.
•Preparation of design criteria, one-line diagrams, specifications for electrical equipment, the scope of work, and documents for installation to subcontracts.
•Preparation of Single Line Diagram, Voltage Drop Calculation, and Schematic wiring diagram for lighting panels and general layouts.
•PAGA, MATV, Data, Telephone, Fire Alarm System, BMS, Security System, Security room intercom system.
•Responsible for financial (BOQ), Assisting in Procurement of Electrical Equipment and materials & Systems.
•Supervise the total internal Electrification involving Distribution panel, Sub-Distribution panel's all types of Lights fixture and DB's Total Internal Illumination utility sockets, UPS, Wiring and All other connected works. UPS Including Emergency Lighting system. Project:
•Oman Embassy, Diplomatic quarter, Riyadh, K.S.A.
Main Duties:
•Proficiency in handling planning, executing, and spearheading construction projects involving method engineering, contract administration, resource planning with a flair for adopting modern construction methodologies.
•Co-ordinate with site team/consultant/owner for the inspections.
•Deft in swiftly ramping up projects ensuring deadlines are complied with, achieving optimum resource utilization and cost effectiveness in operations.
•Supervision of total internal Electrification involving Distribution panel, Sub-Distribution panel's all types of Lights fixture and DB's Total Internal Illumination utility sockets, UPS, Wiring and All other connected works. UPS Including Emergency Lighting system.

Main Duties:
•Supervise installation of switchgear, Transformers, MV Panels, Distribution Boards, battery chargers, UPS systems, grounding, and lightning protection systems, Cable trays, local control stations, etc.
•Provide Temporary Power Supply for work execution.
•Coordination of works with other systems at the site.
•Material Management. Planning for daily consumables material for the next month. Billing status. Making the comparative statement.
•Assist in the Project Management and Coordination of the External Design teams, appointed by the Company.
•Obtaining drawing approval from the Consultant and arranging Inspection for all installation works.
•Close monitoring of work on-site & progress. Controlling of manpower and material wastage & directing all technical Staff, Skilled technicians & Electrician's force on day-to-day activities and Execution of Work withsafety Man Hours.
•Prepare and present Technical Reports, Progress Reports, and Special Studies and assist in the preparation of the Cost Estimates.
•Prepare technical queries, RFQ, check MTO's and carry out vendor data review.
•Preparing daily, weekly and monthly activity and progress reports.
•Execution and Coordinating in Installation and Commissioning jobs with other departments like Mechanical, and Civil.
•Ensured that materials are timely and in place for the projects.
•Carrying out the work according to the approved drawing.
•Attend meetings with clients together with the Superior when needed.
•Records acceptance or rejection of parts on the inspection report and indicates the reason for rejection.
•Responsible for inspecting the installation of electrical systems and equipment to detect a faulty wiring and ensure they comply with electrical codes and standards. As per contractor request Visit construction sites, perform inspections, and makes recommendations for improvement.
•Write up recommendations for improvement on-site coordination with other MEP disciplines.
•Supervise the complete Fire alarm system, interfacing of monitor module's, control module's and suggesting the modification for the device's installation as per sequence of operation and NFPA. Project: BOUDL Classic Tower (B5+25floors), Riyadh, K.S.A.
• Supervise on the execution of electrical works (Lighting, Power, Central battery system, Earthing and Lightning
system, Lighting control system, Audiovisual, Fire alarm system, Information technology, Public Address, and
Security system).
• Electrical Power Distribution technology and related global industry standards and practices (NEMA, IEEE,
IEC) for hazardous areas.
• Transformer, LT Bus Ducts & Rising, and Medium Voltage Distribution panels, HV and LV Cabling, cable
trays, Internal & External Lighting.
• Completed projects for power distribution, fire alarm systems, security, CCTV, and network IT layout for
university buildings.
• Supervision in Installation of MV Panels, Switchgear, RTU, Transformers, Generator, LV Panels, MCC Panels,
100 KVA UPS Systems, Capacitor Bank Panels, Grounding, and Light Fittings.
• Pumps, Lifting Pump, Dosing pumps and Firefighting Pump controllers.
• Supervise the installation for the Motor Control Panel of AHU, FAHU, Exhaust Fan, Smoke Exhaust
fans.
• Supervise as per shop drawings, check, and correct the Cable Tray, Cable Trunk, recommend cables

• Initiate to the site Engineers for the timely issuing of Purchase Request, reviewing the purchase request and
approving it, follow up the suppliers for the timely delivery of materials.
• Check the PO’s issued is as per the specification and project requirement and giving approval for the
procurement departments.
